Well... It took about 1 week to get past my three day memorial weekend bender (And trust me, it was a food bender at least!)

So next "cheat day" is scheduled for the 12th - although only one meal, so hopefully it won't take as long to recover from it.

Here's hoping I manage to drop at least one other pound this week!
183.5 lb Lost so far: 69.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
