Well my husband goes back to work today... thank you... now dont get me wrong I love him dearly but when he is home for his one week dureing the month it is really hard to stay on track... I did good yesterday all meat, except the peice of banana bread in the morning.. but for lunch I had meatloaf, and dinner was meatloaf and chicken... well gotta go be back tommorrow... later and on a lighter (lol) note thank you all for the encourageing word.. i truely do apreciate it... have a great and productive day! :-)
199.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

good luck, it's always easier to prepare "diet" foods for yourself and not have other foods laying around to haunt you ... if your husband is anything like mine ... he likes to eat out AT BUFFETS!!! Not good for the waistline :)

I know what you mean. My husband is always sabotaging my efforts. I sent him to the store last night a specific list and he brings back chocolate cream cake. :( And he doesn't like sweets or chocolate.

I don't know about others on this diet, but I feel I have more energy if I do include the 3 cups of recommended vegetables each day. Make sure the meatloaf doesn't have breadcrumbs because that could stall you. I am sure it will be easier when you have more control over the food that is around. Take care.
