So, I am having pains daily and yet I still continue to torture myself with food that is damaging my body. I have actually when eating less and exercising more, but I continue to gain weight--I know something is wrong and I need to see a doctor, but I'm going to start simple by eating right. So, my plan is to journal daily about my journey of food intake and exercise.
Today: I have had;
a bowl of gluten free honey nut cherrios with milk; Strawberry yogurt and granola strawberry kiwi smoothie chicken, quinoa w/ peppers/kale water
I probably will start my dance exercise tomorrow.
Here is to feeling better!!
