I weighted myself today and to my surprise it didn't move. So I went back thru my other journal entries, and remembered the medicine affect. So I'm not sure of I'm going to be able to lose weight. I take 7 different meds at night and 5 or 6 in the am. 2 of them have the most common side affect is weight gain, and it's showing, especially since those 2 ate the ones that keep getting the dosage increased. Argh. ohh well, I gotta deal with it for now. All the meds except for 2 of them are from my auto accident 7.5 months ago. obviously, I'm still working on my recovery. I still have a long way to go. so I will continue on my new life style, and hope for the best. Have a great weekend y'all!!!
