Talked with Eric today about how we're eating and I told him about the trends I'm seeing. I told him that before when I was losing weight it was at a pretty unsafe caloric intake level. He said, "Well we're not trying to starve ourselves, baby, we're just trying to be more healthy." And that is true. I'm glad I have him for a little perspective.

Down 2 lbs since yesterday, but that could be water/bathroom habits talking.

This is exciting! I love knowing what my body is doing!

And - I resisted the temptation of McDonald's today. Dad asked if I wanted anything for dinner, and I politely declined. One burger a night (yay free food from 5 guys!) is good for me!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
