The last 3 days I have walked in my lunch hour, but have remained the same in weight, stuck to the way of life and not lost, where as last week I didn't exercise at all and lost nearly everyday. Weird. Not worried though as I am feeling fantastic and loving what I am eating. Starting to feel better in my clothes. I think at times like this when my weight remains static, that my body is re-arranging weight distribution and preparing to start dropping the weight again. Happy days.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I personally don't weigh myself everyday unless I'm watching something in particular(I.e. water weight/retention) as I find it can be quite off-putting within the first 6 or so weeks. Everyone's body is different. For example- my weight is the lowest during the beginning of the week and ALWAYS(capitals for emphasis lol) spikes on a Wednesday- I got really sad when I would see this and just continie eating. Keep calm and love yourself, especially your body 😊😊
