Had a lovely weekend. Visited a farmers market and got some lovely free range eggs. Saturday night I took my own LCHF pizza to my mums for dinner while they all had takeaway pizza, but it felt so good to be sticking to this. Love it.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
