Had a good day yesterday catching up with a friend in-between the hairdresser, doctor, drop offs and pickups. Results, hair looks good, doctor was happy and kids happy too. Had a few bouts of urgent toilet calls (sorry). Hoping that is over, not usually my style.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
