Baje casi a lo mismo antes thanksgiving. Que bueno. Baje porciones, selecion alimentos mas saludable, naturales y bajo grasa en fin semana. Mas merienda. Caminar el perro. Buen descanso fin semana largo.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
