Big 40th birthday party this Saturday and I'm going to try and lose 10 lbs in six days. I don't know if this is going to work without my body going into starvation mode or I pass out. We'll see
174.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
