Not recording afternoon weigh ins. They are always 5-6 pounds heavier. Gallon of water/hot tea plus kimchi and/or sauerkraut, and seaweed will do that I have determined.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
