well back to where i was i think lol well another day have a great day had the taco bell salid but no rice or beans and no salsa so not quite sure how many carb or calories but know it is not as much as it says it is did this before
287.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 62.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
