Weekend was a disaster, dietwise. Preparing for viewing visitation and then 7.5 hours of driving to a funeral. Chips were the food in the car....Gained 5 pounds but knew I did not eat 17,000 calories, lol, so knew it was water weight, and once body dealt with the excess carbs and salt, it would drop off again. And it did.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
