Tomorrow will be my first weigh-in for the past 2 weeks, I feel nerves as well as excited. I just hope that this will not make me feel down and more motivated even if its a small drop.
THe past weekend was not too bad did 16:8 on Friday only had 1 samosa and 1 small doughnut at the funeral, the funeral was like a family reunion, this one lady ask me Don't i eat as I'm so thin I kind off felt bad about her statement as I said I do eat look here I'm eating a doughnut and her reply was that's just for the show , you must eat you too thin, then she had a go at my Cuz you are very fat looks like you are eating all her food , then we just stepped away from this old B@$^ .
Saturday was my MTB race went well , had banana and a breakfast bar on the bike had porridge before the race ,did not eat till the party , burned 1300 calories on the bike , was sooooo hungry at the party ,before the braai started they had cake and chips for pre snacks again I was strong had a cup of coffee , afterwards they had small rice cakes and biscuits with different cheeses , by this time i was not feeling to well and had some of the rice cakes, we only ate at 21:00 flippen hell I was upset as I wanted to stop eating at 8 to start my 16:8 again , so the next day it was cycling again , hubby's turn, I had no bfast only coffee , was up at 5 o'clock was feeling hungry at 6 still didn't eat , at 11 I was not feeling myself still waited it out till my 16hours was over half an hour before 2 I was feeling sick and decided to break my fast 30min early , it was very hard due to me being awake so early so the time was longer to wait before i ate.
Today I'm on my normal time stop eating at 8 at night and eat at 12 the next day.
I love how this way of eating challenges my will power.
I don't binge out at all.

132.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow Saige!! U're a real trooper!! Well done over the weekend!! 'Bout the lady at the funeral: I also got that when I lost a lot of weight. And I think that people R just jealous. Let it roll off of u and stay strong!! But the feeling "not u're self" because of fasting: I'm sure u'll find something that works 4 u that won't make u feel so bad between cycling and fasting. Something to experiment with perhaps: USN's phedracut. I used to take them B4 races (gives energy and curbs hunger). And the powder which u mix with water (also Phedracut something), I drank while spinning or doing track work. And it has the same effect. But perhaps u can drink it a socials (in u're glass and it looks like a cocktail ;-)) And also after cycling and b4 the fast ends. We want to fall pregnant, mos. So, I'll only use it way later again. And I personally don't think it's healthy to take it life long. But I've used it 3 months straight when I wanted to get to my goal weight before my 1st pregnancy. And afterwards I used it on big races or tuff morning runs. Hope the weighin goes supburb today!!

Hi Skinny , thanks for all the info , my problem is I know i must use extra suplements do the amount of exercise I do, but i just hate drinking stuff like that , like I was told to use extra protein , powder form as I eat way to little protein but thinking of it makes me naar ,lol The problem of the fasting over the weekend was I was up early whole weekend so i was awake most hours of the fast, and had little sleep , but I feel much better, you say you ready for baby nr 2 ? I too want but hubby said only one , but I told myself next year with or without him , I'm having the 2nd baba . lol even if i must sell my bicycle. hahahaha

If your worried about the taste then go for a brand that doesnt taste like a protein powder at all and doesnt leave any after taste.....of all the brands ive tried, BSN syntha 6 tastes exactly like milkshake...no after taste at all the only problem is that its quite expensive then theres also muscle milk which is yummy. local brand such as Nutritechs cookies and cream also doesnt taste like protein powder at all, the only down side is that its very sweet

I also hate the taste of protein powder!! I had it over my oats yesterday and just threw the stuff down my throat, cause it was HORRIBLE!!! Byt when I add it to smoothies that u make from scratch, I don't taste it at all. And then there's my old faithful chicken frikkedelle. Low in cals and high in protein! They freeze perfectly! Let me know if u want recipe.

Saige try drinking a cup of green tea on mornings that you wake up very early. It helps me suppress hunger and hopefully it will help u too.

skinny I just posted my weigh-in lol , But i must say today I'm craving some chips , think its because the people in our office eats the stuff early morning like Now as Im typing this,I must just stay strong , and go have some coffee , can't wait for my first meal at 12, whole wheat wrap with steak strips and onions and green salad with butter nut ... mmmmmm ,thanks Ibiza its not the taste its just thinking of having the stuff, I can make a nice protein milkshake but like i said thinking of drink stuff like that makes me not want to have it , but I must drink the stuff as Im eating way to little protein Skinny - please do inbox that chicken frikkedelle never had that before only mince
