We had people over last night. The only thing that may have made my weight go backwards is that I had 2 small glasses of whiskey with water. I enjoyed them both. They have virtually no carbs per glass so I believe that I have stuck to the meal plan well but have put on 0.7kg today. Swings and roundabouts. :)
