subi 2 lbs sabado a hoy. Mucha actividad comida y bizcocho 2 dias corrido. No bueno. Poco ejercicio y casi cero los fines semanas. Hay que hacer unos cambios ejercicios los fin semana y snack mas saludable y desayuno mas bajo porciones.
