Period. I feel amazing. Really finding this quite easy to do. Had a fun night with Clare and Paul. Stuck to what I can eat and drink. Really proud of myself.
190.3 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
