I know I shouldn't but I feel embarrassed to so this rise. I had a rough night last night, anxiety cycle settling in again. Anxiety, cope, anxiety over lost time, cope, etc.

I know I will be fine once school ends but I'm still hoping to break 150 within the last week.

Also thanks for all the support with my artwork and drop :D
151.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
