GOOOOOOOOOOD SATURDAY MORNIN...warmer temps today...48...and im thinking a morning walk this morning...the scales was nice to me this morning even though i ate more bread then i normally do...must of needed it...not sure whats in store for today...to early to know yet...to cold to do alot yesterday so after lunch just stayed inside an watched reruns of tv programs...hate to be inside cause just makes the fridge closer and to easy to walk back an forth to it...1571 in steps yesterday...yes most of em was inside the house..lol...only have 2 more presents to buy for xmas...thougth i was done...an then i remebered that i needed to get alittle somethin for brian...some days i think a lump of coal would fit him...but not sure where to find it...lol...would wrap it up as a gag gift...instead problably just get him a nice pair of workin gloves..he can always use that or a few dq gift certificates...not sure yet...then have one other present to get an i will be done...a relief to kno its close to being done...and not having to settle for whats left...an thinkin o chit...why didnt i get it over with sooner...actually i think last year i had it all done before now...slippin alittle this year...well...time to get up an make the bed...find breakfast an get this day in gear...have a great one...

8. HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING WHAT IM STICKIN IN MY MOUTH!!!
10. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
279.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on the loss!! Feels great doesn't it! Enjoy! I don't have much shopping done and I'm about where I am every year although I always say .... Next year will be different. Hmmm, that use to be the attitude with my weight. Oh well, can't change everything at once. LOL I keep several lumps of coal handy... ;-) Enjoy your walk, day or whatever you get into! And stay away from the bread! It can be evil! Make it a great one!

thanks jav an bren...as i was getting ready for that morning walk this morning...i looked out an it was misting...so i pulled out my rain jacket i have an thought big deal...about that time it came a downpour an i lost all interest in getting soaked...so opted to go out an get on stationary bike to no where an did a 20 min ride...not as long as i would of liked..but...better then none...
