I am starting WW again for the 3rd time and hope to make it a permanent lifestyle change since I have been diagnosed with prediabetes. My husband joins me in this endeavor so he, too, can lose about 10 lbs. and hopefully get off his cholesterol lowering meds.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

1153 kcal Fat: 37.35g | Prot: 50.96g | Carb: 161.81g.   Breakfast: orange juice, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), raisin bran cereal. Lunch: lettuce, tomato, carrots, light mayo, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), deli turkey. Dinner: pizza. Snacks/Other: dried apricots, Dry Roasted Peanuts (with Salt). more...
