Wow! Another big loss. I'll take it! 1600 kcal seems to be working pretty well for me thus far, and I seem to continue having benefits from my 5:2 fast day on Saturday. :) I will fast again tomorrow. I'm excited to see how it plays out on the scale come Wednesday morning.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
