I haven't been weighing in in awhile..I was depressed at not losing and switched to the 3 day diet..I was on Ideal Shape meal replacement shakes, but wasn't losing..I've been tempted to go back on Atkins, but last time I lost about 40lbs.. and gained all, if not more back..I will try to stick to the intermittent fasting of the 3 day diet, but as soon as the weekend rolls around, I'm tempted to eat something not on the plan..
270.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

I know the only way to keep weight off is to make changes in your diet and exercise that you can live with the rest of your life. So it's about finding what works for you for the long haul. Weekends are hard. I try to be strict during the week and give myself more leeway on the weekends. Finding the right plan and exercise combo is important. I wish you well and hope you find what works for you.

In agreement with Rguarino, you must be doing something right, down 5 lbs. IF is a good way to go, wishing you success with it.
