Woe is me. I ate around 1,500, unfortunately 900 of those was form the 6 single servings of junk food from a variety pack I got (horrible idea btw). In combination with probably having too much sodium and not drinking enough, here I am. *sigh* Once I get done with finals, I'll get a chance to get better. at least i'm 14 pounds lighter than I was around this time last year.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't beat yourself up, just make more nutritious choices next time. If all you had was 1,500 calories, you did not damage as far as fat gain is concerned. Grats on the loss so far, and keep up the good work!

Great job - finals are stressful! We are not perfect and our body really fights us to eat when we r stressed, etc. One little let go is ok. Focus on the 14 lbs lighter then last year....and go for your next 14!
