Ate very badly for a couple weeks due to Halloween parties and stress and being busy. Just juice fasted for two days and am back on track. I'm excited to be back on track!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
