I surprised I lost 2 lbs. I'm a Nespresso Rep on the weekend at our local Williams-Sonoma. There is alway goodies there to much down on and not the good goodies. Judy one of the manager's made a key lime pie for customers to sample out of the margarita mix. I have to say it was quite tasty. She also made pulled pork in a slow cooker with slider buns. That was good too.

To curb the bad muncher in me before work Sunday I went by SAM's and purchased a veggie tray, humus and a fruit bowl. I did have some key lime pie but I didn't pig out on it which I would have loved to have done.

For dinner I cooked broiled fish, roasted brussel sprouts and I steamed some cauliflower then sprinkled cheese over it while it was hot. We do make a practice of walking around the retention pond in our neighborhood after dinner every night even if it is just a couple of laps. Ya gotta move to loose it.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
