Woo hoo! Scale is showing a loss today. I cut calories more and looked up calories before eating it. I could've done better if I had drank more water, but I drink less when I know I'll be traveling. C'est la vie.

One day, one meal, one decision at a time.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
