Scare... I have to go on a low sodium low cholesterol diet.. I have the beginings of a bad heart valve and a small aorta aneurysm that they are hoping to control by medications and diet..
this year has been one heck of a year... near replacement in jan... came back to work for bout two weeks.. and then off a week in the hospital for this..
314.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well it's good to see you back...but I do wish the health conditions weren't what they are. The upside is you know what to do and you know how to do it...and you'll get er done!
