My husband and I are working together to lose weight. So we keep each other honest. We workout at home doing Metabolic Resistance Training. Our workout are about 15 minutes but we don't stop and it helps keep our metabolism up all day. We are eating fish and foul and lots of baked veggies. We allow ourselves 1 cheat day a week but try not to go too far off the track. My husband has lost 8 pounds.
