Moving in the right direction again. Thinking of joining a 12 week challenge at my gym to keep my focus strong!

Thanks for the support! And thanks for the link Jimmiepop. I currently do body weight and dumbbell strength training at my gym every morning, but I think I'm going to add in the strong curves lifting routine 3x a week.

Fantastic. Our gym is going a six week abdominal challenge...OUCH, already. All core work and abs with before and after measurements and bodyfat. Of course, I am doing it!
