Same old... but happy I lost versus gaining. Heading home for Remembrance Day Stat 11th to celebrate an early XMAS with my family. Must try to be good.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weekend was good. Lots of other relatives also down for the long weekend. Did a spin class at the Y Saturday morning. Beautiful new bikes which I'm not use to. Ate more than I should have but the whole weekend was go go go, so I didn't gain weight. I must start being more careful during the holiday season.

Well this time of year is not the easiest food wise. But look at your chart, you've been working hard to lose the weight and it would be too bad to gain now...Spin class sounds very difficult, I don't think I could keep up with you!
