I hit the stall point when I have done Atkin's before (I'm just restarting this week) and have found switching back to induction can be very helpful for a week. The induction focuses on more of the lean protein than fat which no matter what diet too much of will prevent weight loss! Just a thought that might get you over the wall! Best of luck.

Thanks Zimmmer, but I think part of my issue, is I haven't moved out of induction very far.a few berries,... and not too much else, so I am now working on adding new stuff, scares me.. but.. going to give it a try.

Start with adding more veggies!!! Can't be too afraid of those :) And then get ahold of the OWL foods list, and just go slowly... one thing a week, and see how it goes. You shouldn't have much issue w/ opening up some extra veggie choices!!!

If it helps, go to the book and look at the extra veggies listed out on the OWL foods list, and the appropriate portion sizes. It took me a month to try and add in new veggies alone... OWL can take a LONG time if you do it right.
