I can't say I'm happy about it BUT it could've been worst ...I didn't step on the scale for more than 2 months and 1/2 pound was the only damage ....;) :S
123.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

its so funny how we dont gain it over night and we certainly dont loose it over night, but when we are working so hard to loose it and get frusturated we often forget that it takes time to gain substaintal amount of weight too. good work maintaining...have a great thursday!

I agree... I am still not that happy about this gain .. BUT I am working on it ... :) . Have a great Wednesday AND Thursday ;)
