OutlanderFan's Journal, 13 April 2016

Did well with eating plan this week but stress levels are WAAYY up (won't bore you with the details). Also, haven't been as "regular" as in the past, despite taking my Mg nightly and pushing fluids. Hopefully I will make it up next week. Still hoping to get to "Onederland" by Mother's Day.

Out, hope im not being to personal and oversharing here (my apologies if i am) but I had a huge issue with not being "regular' for the longest time. I added in a scoop of fiber powder, you know the kind thats tasteless, anyway I add that to my morning coffee or water liter..That with regular exercise make me "regular" almost on schedule LOL .. hope this helps. And dont stress the stress..you got this..

I just started a week ago. Your weight loss is inspiring! I've had a good first week, but I know that's typical for a first week on LCHF or any diet really. It's good to see that someone in my gender and age bracket can keep the weight coming off. Thanks for setting such a great example!
