Oh man I am so dang annoyed with the scale, what do I have to do to make it move....it was up this am, I am like waaaaa.... I have 3 strawberries yesterday... that could not affect me that much.
Onto another day...
239.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just keep adjusting you will get there, it is amazing how some foods have different results to different people.

I understand your frustration! I was stalled and found that the bacon and cheese were just too much sodium for me. I made a move toward lowering my salt and fat and adding in just a few good carbs then keeping my calories under 1300, and within a day or two the scale was moving again. This is not typical Atkins protocol (more South Beach-ish) but it worked for me. the carbs I added in were steel cut oats, a high-fiber tortilla and a less than ripe pear (all good sources of fiber but low in sugar). I am definintely keeping the sugar out of my diet but I needed more fiber (I was feeling really bogged down....). I think sometimes women's bodies, which love to store fat, need a kick start. Hope you find your magic!
