At least it was only a little bit....unfortunately I'm fighting my bagel chips and cream cheese cravings *sigh* My stress level generally has been lower thought, which is a really rare and nice feeling.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
