hurt my knee but stuck to the 1000 cal diet plan. stopping at Trader Joes and keeping the fridge full. Juan and I ate 2 BIG bins of spring mix and spinach this week
147.9 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
