i worked harder at cutting my calories back and preparing my meals. stephanie advised i eat more fruits and veggies and little to no carbs. i feel good. and stay full. still mindless snacking at times but thats my ultimate goal this week. keep fruits available :-)
150.9 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
