Since I haven't been able to do a real workout with weights since I was diagnosed as having bursitis in left delt. The pain is finally easing off, still limited motion, but I'm starting back to workouts twice a week. AND I started playing Racquetball again. :) I reset my weight goal from 155 to 161 today in the hopes of gaining most of that in muscle mass (the primary burner of fat :) and since I quit eating chocolate I am much less bothered by my heart murmur. Oh, and I'm eating fresh ginger and crystalized ginger for pain. besides being known to cause cancer to eat itself, it is a very good anti inflammatory drug, or maybe just analgesic. (Turmeric is for anti inflammation.)

to clarify: no workouts to speak of since 8/9/2011, but prior to that it was 2 to 3 times a week since 1984.
