Starting week 2 of Being on 123 Points - an old WW program. Down 8 pounds in a week :) Know I was up that first weigh-in but have a feeling some is definitely fat that has disappeared :)
204.0 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week
