yesterday went out for pre-anniversary cinema meal: wasn't too bad, had oysters and a steak salad, but salad was unhealthy - lots and lots of dressing, fried onions on top. I took off onions but ate almost all salad - could have had a couple of spoonfuls left. Also - 2 glasses prosecco and one glass red wine. But considering the occasion, not too bad.
