I'm surprised I lost weight, but I won't argue. I got a lot of veggies and protein yesterday at the grocery store and I'm going to try to do meal prep so I can have better portion control.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
