Doing OK - sort of - I went off of induction by having almonds and cashews this week. I should have known better but have been craving them, so I think that is what may have thrown me off a bit. Yet I feel I am doing well. Perhaps last week's weigh-in was a bit low, I was going through the Atkins flu and everything was getting flushed out of me due to it. I think within a month I'll be close or below 200lbs. I'm sure of it as besides the cashews and almonds I've followed the regimen! Glenn

That Atkins Flu is something else. Been there. The scale is not moving that quickly for me....even though I am following it. Sometimes I am feeling really discouraged but are trying to work past that. You are doing the right thing by having a positive outlook. It isn't always easy to do.....but the best thing to do. Hope you feel better and the scale starts moving swiftly! :)

At least it was almonds and cashews instead lots of sugary and carb-laden foods! You're doing good otherwise so hang in there!

Thanks simply and mbhpho, I did mention on somebody's journal for the first time my twin sister has all over her house picture holder frames that fit numerous family members in them. There I am in them all. FAT ME. I was fat - maybe seven years out of 47... so it is an incentive to stay thin, and I keep telling my sister to get rid of the fat pictures and she doesn't... oh, well... this morning's scale was lower than last week's weigh-in...
