I didn't lose weight, I finally bought a scale. Now I can say without question that I've put on about 12 pounds in 6 months. Now to get it off. Eeeeekkkkk.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
