Weigh day today and I am very pleased to say that I lost another pound..
So whilst it is still working for me I can still stick to my high carb diet. I want to stick with the foods that I like so that when I reach my goal weight my diet will not have to change too much.

With Easter coming up I am going to start increasing my daily exercise then if I do go over my RDI on my Easter days out it might help me not to put on so much. I am going to say it again, this fatsecret site has really helped me to keep track of calories consumed and the support of members and their great tips and encouragemnt have been very welcome .

Hi Lily Same as you buddy, when I stop losing the weight then I'll change my Carb eating habits, but till then every 1lb counts.....Didn't WE Do Well....Have a nice day..... BFN Maggy May

Yes Maggy, we did do well. - I need all my will power this week as I got quite a few outings planned and so many temptations. Two are on tuesday. One at our walking group,we are having an Easter raffle and party and then in the evening I am going to a charity quiz with fish n chip supper included in the price. I got to be very strong. Wish me luck.
