Slowly but surely...Why is gaining weight so easy and losing it sooo darn hard? Oh well, such is life. Exercising has really made a difference in my energy level and my mood, I am even starting to like the feeling of sore muscles.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 60.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Yes, exercise can be a good thing. I actually feel bad when i miss a workout.
