I went to visit my best friends in North Dakota (first time meeting them in person). it was really great in that my normal anxieties about sleep, weight, etc, were virtually none existent. I wasn't paranoid about what I ate (though I didn't actually have much choice in the matter). there was a fair amount of drinking during a couple of the nights and I ate what ever I want. I still have no regrets.

my only issue was coming home. those few days of being strangely anxiety free did not prepare me for when it all came flooding back. as a result I almost had an anxiety attack.

it is not surprising and a bit disheartening to see my current weight. However if I compare it to how I was before I left, 3 pounds is very little compared to the things I did and how I ate. I feel like I should look on the bright side that it wasn't worse. now that I'm home I will focus on drinking lots of liquid and start recording my food again.
155.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

after about 100 years of regret, the latest being the 40lbs I re-gained over this past year after losing it in 2014 is that this leads you to do more damage... I wasn't happy when it was simply 15 lbs, I had to go ALL THE WAY and I just realized it's cause I wasn't done torturing myself enough for being human.
