Spent the evening going thru the 17 day diet cookbooks ~ realizing that my choices are not so limited ~ love the iced Chai tea!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 October 2011:
1112 kcal Fat: 22.51g | Prot: 73.82g | Carb: 159.67g.   Breakfast: frozen strawberries, hard boiled egg, Kefir, lemon juice, water with squirt of lemon juice. Lunch: Subway italian dressing, cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded cheese, lettuce, Subway grilled chicken salad. Dinner: frozen spinach, turkey breast. Snacks/Other: chai tea, candy corn, Yoplait Fiber One yogurt, Breakstone's 100 calorie. more...
