Realizing that I was a pound too optimistic when I entered my starting weight yesterday :-(. Ready to get started today. You know, I watched that show "Hoarders" and it gave me the creeps and motivated me to clean out closets, drawers and cabinets over the last 2 days. It didn't take long since nothing was really that disorganized to start with. Also planning to do a small redecorate on the office / guest room. The projects are making me feel a little bit better but also making me realize that I am the one that needs the overhaul...my body, my lifestyle and my brain. BUT THAT IS SOOO MUCH HARDER TO DO and the results take sooo much longer to see and results aren't a sure thing! Time to stop working on everything else and work on me.

You can do it, take it one step at a time. It may seem slow but, you will see results.

It is hard to remember that we get overweight a little at a time, and becoming lean will happen the same way. The thing about Weight Watchers that helped me was to look at it as one meal at a time, making a life choice change, and not going on a diet. If I slip up, okay, fine....and then right back into what I need to be doing.

Slow and steady always wins the race, never give up no matter how hard it gets!
