The cravings are making me crazy! I know they will pass but I am sooo weak! Day 2 with no soda ~ doing ok there. How do I deal with the hungry at night????

looks like you're already doing the right thing by getting food out the house that you can't eat. I can't do that because my boyfriend is not on the diet and in addition to healthy food, he also likes bread and fruit and pizza and ice cream (like normal people!) As far as the cravings, so far I feel like the first two days were the worse. Now, I am not craving sugar as much - but when I do, I'll have a taste of sugar free pudding mixed with fat free greek yogurt (absolutely divine), or some sugar free jello (just okay). Also - it pays to get some really good sugar substitute. I don't like Splenda and some brands of Stevia are awful. Now I have Xylitol (a calorie free alcohol based sugar) and I found Stevita - a tasty stevia.
