Fresh start? Depression. Comfort eating. Stress. Coping eating. Crazy schedule. Poor food choices and eating times.

Must establish much better habits. Develop much better disciplines in all areas of my life. Not too much to think about.

One at a time. Made some fresh vegetable soup. Nourishing and filling and delicious.

Cleaned out the pantry cupboards, the freezer and on to the fridge.

Now, clean out my head. Plan for success. That's what this week is about.
